THEFT PROTECTION
Theft
If your Urwahn Bike is stolen, we pay the insurance value (purchase price) that your bike had at the time of concluding the contract. No matter how old it is when stolen.
Parts theft
Theft of parts of the Urwahn Bike that are part of the bike's function, such as: Saddle, headlights and more. It is important that the parts must be secured with a screw. Even accessories up to a value of 250 € are insured if they are firmly bolted to the wheel and were previously included in the sum insured. Accessories include baskets, bags, child seats, speedometer and lighting.
For mounting quick release tend to be insufficient. The only exception: Impellers may be fastened with quick-releases if this is intended by the manufacturer. It should also be noted that electrical devices such as navigation systems or smartphones are not insured.
Vandalism
We speak of vandalism if your bike or parts of your bike were intentionally and deliberately damaged by third parties (e.g. the saddle slashed).
REPAIR PROTECTION
Accident injury
For example, if you come into tram tracks with your primal bike tires and damage the wheel. ENRA assumes the repair costs.
Tire damage
A flat tire or a torn belt is a case for insurance coverage.
Fall damage
If you fall, we got you. Well at least, the insurance will pay for any damage to your bike.
PICK-UP SERVICE
Repatriation
ENRA's pick-up service provides assistance with accidents, theft or defects on your Urwahn Bike. Across Europe in more than 40 countries, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you can reach the service hotline or use the pick-up app, which can be downloaded for free. Then the return transport will be organized to the starting point of your day tour or - if possible - to the nearest dealer.
